Author & Motivational Speaker
"All anyone ever wants is to be validated." - S. Mendivel
Imagine surviving the brutality of abuse, neglect, and abandonment, then being given an opportunity to tell your story out loud. Trauma no longer needs to be a battle of secrecy, shame, and hard feelings. Debut author (SAM'S THEORY) and motivational speaker, Sarah Mendivel, MS, has spent her career advocating for children and teens with difficult stories. She uses re-empowerment techniques and real-life experience to summon the strength, resilience, and kindness that innately exists within all of us to re-create a future of possibility. Abused children are no longer anonymous; and the movement towards making their voices known is building.
